This program is designed to foster cultural and professional exchange among all educators. Our goal is to provide Spanish educators with a unique opportunity to enhance their professional expertise by collaborating with their Canadian counterparts and immersing themselves in the highly regarded Canadian education system. I am interested in discussing the potential of establishing a partnership with your esteemed institution for this exciting initiative.

 

Canada, renowned internationally for its educational excellence and its status as a multicultural nation, offers an ideal environment for Spanish educators to enrich their pedagogical skills, foster cross-cultural understanding, and contribute to the global advancement of education.

Our Canadian-International Teacher Experience Program entails hosting international teachers for a one-month period in Canada, providing them with a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in Canadian culture and gain valuable insights into the Canadian educational system. These educators are eager to experience Canadian teaching methodologies firsthand and are seeking mentorship from experienced teachers like those at your school.

 

This year, we are thrilled to welcome a total of 90 teachers from Spain, divided into two groups of 45 students each. The first group is scheduled to arrive to Toronto on October 9th, 2023, while the second group is expected to arrive on November 5th, 2023. Our group of educators possesses diverse levels of experience and hails from various educational backgrounds, encompassing primary and secondary schools, as well as technical and university settings. They bring expertise in teaching a range of subjects, including but not limited to mathematics, science, literature, and music.

 

We kindly ask for the placement of 4 to 10 teachers each month in your institution, with a preference for morning hours. The educators are keen to spend 5 days a week (at least 3 days a week) immersed in your classroom environment, observing your teaching methods and the dynamic interactions between you and your culturally diverse students. The level of interaction between the visiting teachers and your students can be tailored to your preference. Guest teachers have the flexibility to instruct, provide assistance to your students, or purely observe, depending on their preference and your classroom needs. During this time, the host teacher will demonstrate how to deliver material in a student-centered environment, offering valuable insights into our Canadian educational approach. The educators are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to experience a student-centered approach first-hand with an unwavering commitment to quality.

 

 

In exchange for your support, we would like to offer a collaborative marketing opportunity. We can co-market our Canadian International Teacher Experience program, sharing information and commenting on our social media channels and blog posts throughout Spain.
