Our customized program is designed around the company’s objectives and language needs, ensuring that employees are equipped with the skills and vocabulary to excel in their roles.
Our lessons are interactive and engaging, focusing on practical communication skills that can be applied to the workplace. We will also provide resources and support to help employees become confident and proficient in their use of the English language.
Our Program
We recognize that business never stops. As such, our English for Workplace program is flexible. For best results, we recommend 1.5 hours per class offered twice a week for a total of 3 hours of instruction per week. The program length may be anywhere from a few weeks to year-round.

Location
Classes can be delivered directly in-company, online, or in a blended format. Gathering employees of several branches with similar needs into one central location can be arranged.
Turnaround Time
In as little as two to three weeks, we can start working with your staff. The English for Workplace program officially begins once our agreement is signed and payment is received. Upon registration, an assessment is held, an instructor is selected, and the lesson schedule and location are confirmed by the organization and Language Links.

Roles and Responsibilities
Employers
Meet with Language Links to provide valuable information about your company objectives and needs. This meeting takes about 60 minutes but will provide us with the information needed to create your customized program.

Approve the program and confirm a lesson schedule, and sign our agreement.

Lastly, demonstrate support to your staff during the English for Workplace training.
